On 27 June 2023, I had the pleasure to participate in a panel with Professor Nineta Polemi about the role of cyber in hybrid threats. Focus was put mostly put on the Balkans and Eastern Mediterranean region. I hope the participants enjoyed the discussion as much as I did!
The panel was part of the course “Global security and hybrid warfare”. This course is organized by the New York University SPS Center for Global Affairs , the American College of Greece and the University of Piraeus organized, under the auspices of the European Security and Defence College (ESDC). The course organisers Panagiotis Marzelas, Pano Yannakogeorgos , Nikolaos Lampas, and Foteini Asderaki did an amazing job and I would like to thank them for this opportunity!
